Cumming Group is currently providing project management and construction management services for the Hilton New York Times Square hotel, in collaboration with Newbond and Witkoff. With design led by PBDW Architects, The Gettys Group, and Wesbuilt Construction Managers serving as the general contractor, the team’s primary focus is revitalizing public areas and lobby spaces at this prominent New York City hotel. Encompassing renovations on the ground floor’s front-of-house, the 15th-floor Sky Lobby, and a segment of the back-of-house area, the team has strategically phased construction to maintain seamless hotel operations to ensure minimal disruptions.This approach has enabled the team to work with ownership to keep the project on budget and schedule while preserving the hotel’s operational efficiency.
