Park Hotels engaged Cumming Group for the full cost, project, and scheduling services for the repositioning of the iconic Santa Barbara resort from a DoubleTree to a full-service Hilton. The total renovation of 366 guestrooms, F&B outlets, and public areas was phased in order to maintain the complete operation of the property. With Cumming Group at the helm and Atwater Inc Studio providing interior design services, the property was successfully delivered in 2018.
