Engaged early on by ownership, Cumming Group provided full-time project and cost management services for this new 97,000 square-foot ultra-luxury boutique hotel in TriBeCa. The hotel falls under Groupe Lucien Barriere’s ‘Fouquet’s’ flag, the first of its kind in the United States. Completed in Fall 2022, the 97 guestrooms and suites come with access to a wealth of amenities, including Fouquet’s Restaurant, Par-Ici Terrace Café, the Titsou Bar, as well as the acclaimed Spa Diane Barrière, which includes a 25-foot hydrotherapy pool, sauna, and five treatment rooms. Amenities also include a fitness center by Dogpound, the famed luxury personalized training gym, as well as a 68-seat screening room and meeting space. Cumming Group oversaw the entire development from initial vision through turnover to ownership (Caspi Development) and operations. The Stephen B. Jacobs and Martin Brudnizki-designed property blends the industrial feel of TriBeCa with the elegance of Parisian design, opening to excellent reviews. The property was also voted one of New York City’s Best Hotels of 2023 by Forbes Magazine.
