Hutong Miami is a high-end Chinese restaurant concept with indoor and outdoor dining. Cumming Group served as the Owner Representative for the restaurant owner Aqua Restaurant Group from London and Hong Kong. Cumming Group oversaw the design and construction of a 6,500 square foot restaurant and bar located on Brickell Avenue in Miami, FL. The restaurant special features are twenty-foot lattice screens, custom made imported Chinese feature wall comprising of Chinese doors, imported Chinese bricks and roof tile.
