Cumming Group has supported this confidential technology client’s data center portfolio since 2015. The Cumming Group team has provided comprehensive cost management and scheduling services at both the program and site levels, engaging across the entire project life cycle—from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout for projects throughout North America and Europe.

The scheduling team currently manages program scheduling for the client’s new build projects and deploys site schedulers throughout North America to work directly with on-site teams during new data center construction. For completed projects, scheduling support extends to retrofit efforts, including programmatic oversight and regionally assigned site schedulers. Additionally, the team has provided scheduling support for leased data center projects, managing these efforts both programmatically and on an individual site basis.

Additionally, the Cumming Group cost management team has provided programmatic support across new builds, retrofits, and leased data centers, collaborating closely with contractors, design teams, and the client to ensure budget optimization and cost-efficiency across all project scopes. Cumming Group’s team has also contributed to multiple redesign efforts and cost-saving initiatives for the client, aimed at reducing total project build time and cost per megawatt (MW). Through close collaboration with all stakeholders, the team continues to deliver innovative solutions that enhance both project execution and overall portfolio performance.
