Cumming Group is providing full project management services including cost and scheduling support for JMB Realty’s new 37-story office tower in Century City, California. The project consists of over 700,000 square feet of office space with subgrade and above-grade parking as well as an outdoor transit space containing retail spaces and a gymnasium at the southeast corner. The site is adjacent to the new Century City Metro station. Johnson Fain is serving as project architect for the project and Clark Construction is serving as the general contractor. The project is targeting completion for 2026.
