Cumming Group led a multi-disciplinary team to peer review the prior master plan and programming efforts for JPS Health Network. Specific services included an analysis of existing facilities on the hospital’s main campus, review and update to cost estimates based on existing and updated master plan information, review and evaluation of medical equipment and IT costs, as well as a review and recommendation for the system’s ambulatory network plan.
