Cumming Group provided construction management services to the Judicial Council of California for LED lighting retrofit projects throughout California. With the help of Cumming Group’s energy team, the JCC was able to retrofit 21 criminal and civil courthouses with high-efficiency LED lights. The end result was an annual energy reduction of 12.5 million kilowatt hours and a utility cost avoidance of $2.3 million.
