Project Description

Cumming served as the project manager for portions of Kaiser’s new six-story, 275,000-sq.-ft. medical office building in Lone Tree, CO. The facility includes the full range of spaces required for general surgery and routine outpatient procedures, as well as all necessary support functions. Our team supported a variety of projects related to the pharmacy, MRI, urgent care, laboratory, and urology components of the facility. Cumming also provided cost management and estimating services.
