Cumming Group provided project management services to facilitate the successful delivery of the La Pine Community Health Center, a brand new 27,000 square-foot, three-story health facility in La Pine, Oregon. This ground-up project included essential amenities, such as a dental clinic, community/conference room, medical administrative offices, and shelled space designated for a future imaging clinic. The new center’s construction will enable La Pine Community Health to expand its much-needed services to the local community and its surroundings.

Cumming Group’s comprehensive scope of work included managing communications, coordinating project delivery, conducting peer reviews of design documents, and negotiating construction contracts on behalf of LPCHC. Throughout the project, Cumming oversaw construction quality, organized inspections and permits, and provided recommendations on contractor invoices and change orders. The anticipated completion date for this project is targeted for the first quarter of 2025.
