ChandlerKBS was commissioned to carry out the cost and project management for the Euro 25.5 million renovation of 553 guestrooms in Le Méridien Etoile, the flagship Le Méridien hotel in Paris. A full refurbishment of this 1025 bedroom hotel was also completed of the ground floor public areas and basement meeting rooms. The hotel boasts a modern design and boutique amenities nearby some of the city’s leading attractions.
