Cumming Group provided project monitoring for the Joan Perry Brock Center, a 3,000-seat indoor multi-use arena located on the campus of Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia. The arena is home to the university’s men’s and women’s basketball programs, replacing Willett Hall. The building is approximately 72,000 sq ft and serves as a bridge between the main campus and downtown’s resurgent Main Street. It is designed to be flexible enough to fit a variety of needs and uses such as sporting events, concerts, and lectures.
