Cumming Group provided project management services for the new Lucy Garrett Beckham High School in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Constructed on the old Wando South campus, the three-story, 240,000 sq. ft. high school serves 1,500 students. The development sits on 44 acres and includes 70 classrooms, two gymnasiums, science labs, specialty spaces for CTE programs, a media center, and a performing arts center. The project was completed in 2020.
