ChandlerKBS were commissioned by Almus Capital to carry out the cost and project management, site supervision and FF&E procurement for the Euro 12.6 million refurbishment and rebranding of the Parkhotel, Prague into Mama Shelter Prague.

The hotel was closed to allow for the full refurbishment of 226 Guestrooms, 9 Suites and the creation of a “Party Suite”.

The public areas were also completely remodelled including the meeting spaces, bar, restaurant and kitchen, with a new show kitchen and pizzeria installed within the restaurant area. All works required approval from the Heritage Department due to the historic nature of the building.
