Cumming provided cost estimating services for the development of a new 10.5-acre beachfront park with associated facilities. The phased plan included sitework along with the construction of a 14,175-sq.-ft. community center, a 16,225-sq.-ft. sailing center, a 4,235-sq.-ft. Girl Scout House, and two restroom buildings, one of which features a lighthouse on the roof. Other amenities include a themed playground, an outdoor fitness circuit, and parking lots. Cumming completed estimates for the conceptual, design development, and construction document phases.
