Cumming Group was engaged by MassMutual to provide Project Management services for their new 300,000 sq ft building at 10 Fan Pier Blvd. The project included core and shell coordination with The Fallon Company as well as oversight of the entire interior design and construction fit-out process. The project also included integration of leading-edge, emerging technologies and highly adaptive, flexible workspace to support MassMutual’s dynamic business evolution.
