Cumming completed the Student Success Building, a new 145,000-sq.-ft., four-story, LEED Gold, on-campus development valued at $52 million. The facility features a green roof and houses the college’s Registrar’s office, the President’s offices, the Community Action Theatre, the financial aid and student academic success departments, orientation resources for new students, 12 classrooms, a student café, and other critical support services. The project required major infrastructure work, including extensive work with Xcel to extend power and infrastructure to the site.
