Microsoft Data Center, Quincy, WA

This phased project included site development, utilities, permitting, building core, data equipment, and interior components. The new data center — comprised of approximately 43,100 sq. ft. in phase one and 29,500 sq. ft. in phase two — is built next to Microsoft’s existing data facility. Specifically, the project involved 12 megawatts of critical power to pre-manufactured / pre-racked OFCI modular utility and IT server packs using a relatively simple utility / infrastructure backbone and a PEMB structure for protection.
