Recent works at The Morrison Hotel were commissioned on behalf of the hotel’s new owners Zetland Capital as part of their investment strategy. Scollard Doyle provided Cost and Project Management services for the recent refurbishment works at the 5-Star Morrison Hotel.

Key goals were achieving five-star status from Failte Ireland and becoming the first hotel to join the Curio Collection by Hilton in Ireland. The successful completion of the refurbishment works contributed to both goals being achieved.
