Working on behalf of NTD Architecture, Cumming provided project management services and performed cost estimates at all phases of design for Murrieta Mesa High School. The $103 million project consisted of 10 separate buildings totaling 265,000 sq. ft. over a 65-acre site. Construction of the high school included the following areas: a theater; a library; a gymnasium; classroom space; a swimming pool; basketball and tennis courts; a football stadium; and fields for soccer, baseball, and softball. The school will accommodate 1,000 to 1,300 students in the first year.
