Cumming Group was engaged as cost estimator on this 7,600-sq.-ft. project involving the renovation and conversion of two existing retail buildings into the Museum of Neon Art. The project also included significant site work to accommodate a public right-of-way, and a pedestrian passageway to the library and recreation facilities to the east. Site development also included landscape design and engineering of the passageway parking to the rear of the facility. The non-profit museum has been developed to create an awareness of, and showcase for, historic neon sign preservation.
