A 16-acre parcel of land will soon house a new mixed-use development in downtown Nashville. The development will include a 4,000-capacity music venue, a luxury theatre complex, a live entertainment club, 1,100+ hotel rooms, 3.5 million square feet of office space, and a variety of other entertainment and food and beverage offerings.
