Cumming Group provided owner’s representation and project management services for the renovation of an existing 140-year-old distillery located in Nashville, TN. Registered with the Metropolitan Historical Commission, the 30,000 sq ft project included new office space, the addition of a restaurant and private event space, a full retail shop, and a private tasting room for guests to enjoy after touring the process areas. Our team also provided oversight for the extensive redesign of the distillation process and equipment. The distillery opened in 2023.
