The renovation and expansion of ES French Hall — a nearly 67,000-sq.-ft. facility — included the 500-seat Corsburg Theater, a stage, practice facilities, classrooms, class laboratories, and offices. The renovation also included enclosing the open courtyard located in the western half of the building and transforming it into a variety of student study and community gathering areas. The project goals included providing enhanced student services, modernizing the facility appearance, improving traffic flow, maximizing usefulness and access, and addressing future growth and sustainability needs of the facility. Cumming provided project management services for this project, which took place on an active campus in Sterling, CO.
