Cumming Group provided Project Management services for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Northglenn Civic Center Campus located at the heart of the Northglenn community. The new campus is comprised of a Recreation Center, Theatre, Senior Center, City Hall, and Police and Courts.

The new rec center boasts a six-lane competition swimming pool, warm water leisure pool, water slide, gymnasium, fitness area, locker rooms and private cabanas, jogging track, multipurpose family rooms, memorial plaza, and festival lawn.

The project was completed on time and under budget. Cumming Group is now working on Phase 2 of the master plan, which includes a new civic center.
