This complex project consisted of a 15-story addition to the existing and occupied Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) hospital. The scope of work includes operating rooms, a patient wing, and an intensive care unit. Cumming Group augmented the OHSU facility staff to support with transition, equipment, and move planning.

The project included the installation of intricate equipment and helping to ensure the affected departments transitioned seamlessly into their new facility around ongoing operations.

Cumming Group also managed the entitlement process and coordinated with multiple agencies and the neighboring community to complete this project ahead of schedule and under budget.
