Cumming is providing cost management on the One Beverly Hills project — previously known as 9900 Wilshire — for the Wanda Group, China’s largest private developer. The One Beverly Hills project, set to break ground in May 2017, will be a 1.6 million-sq.-ft., mixed-use development on eight acres in the heart of Beverly Hills, between the Los Angeles Country Club and the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The high-end development will include 134 five-star hotel rooms, a public garden, 193 luxury residential condos, multiple rooftop restaurants, and more than 1,000 parking stalls. The type 1A concrete structure will stand over 200 feet tall and include two unique towers designed to provide a Southern California indoor / outdoor living experience.
