One Westside, Los Angeles, CA
Cumming Group provided cost management and development advisory services for the core-and-shell component of One Westside, a joint venture development between Hudson Pacific Properties and Macerich. Home to the former Westside Pavilion shopping mall, located at the southeast corner of Pico and Westwood Boulevards, the site was transformed into 590,000 square feet of offices with on-site parking and open space. The architect for the project was Gensler with MATT Construction serving as the general contractor.
