Inici Group was hired to oversee the planning, development, construction, and coordination of all aspects of the Oregon Convention Center Expansion. Responsibilities included detailed payment application reviews, change order vetting, overall project management, and move and transition facilitation.

This project included early occupancy of the new parking facilities to provide revenue for OCC. In addition, all construction work was coordinated around ongoing operations to allow events to continue during construction. This project, which was the first to achieve LEED Silver EB status, was completed under budget and two weeks ahead of schedule.

The completed facility is nearly 1,000,000 sq. ft. in size, including the 350,000-sq.-ft. expansion, and sits on an 18-acre urban campus.
