ChandlerKBS was commissioned on this Euro 12.5 million project to convert the existing Radisson Blu hotel into the first Radisson RED hotel in Europe, offering a “unique lifestyle experience” connecting guests to art, fashion, and music. ChandlerKBS provided the cost and project management, construction supervision, programming/scheduling, FF&E and OSE procurement and technical assistance and cost planning to develop the concept, technical specifications and prototypes.
