Cumming provided move management services for Reliant Medical Group as they transitioned 14 medical offices into 12 new sites in a phased relocation plan over two years. Our team was responsible for surveying more than 10,000 pieces of medical equipment, FF&E, and layouts of all medical offices in the MetroWest area of Massachusetts. All assets required a unique identifying number for tracking purposes. Surveying and relocation efforts were conducted after working hours and on weekends due to patient confidentiality.
