Cumming Group is performing strategic sustainability planning to develop the airports first ESG Plan based on the new ESG Airports Council International-North America ESG airports framework and moving SFO from Level 4 to Level 5 of the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA). Cumming Group is supporting the following tasks: Net Zero Waste and Circularity strategy, Carbon sequestration strategies, SFO’s Resilience Framework, Electric vehicle implementation planning, On-site solar and battery program, and Building retrocommissioning.
