We were instructed by Schroder Ground Rent Income Fund to carry out reinstatement cost assessments of properties in their residential portfolio, including fire reviews and sustainability objectives, in late 2020. The instruction covered the entirety of the UK-wide residential assets portfolio for this institutional client over a three-year period, from 2020 to 2022.
