Sheltair is building a $20 million project consisting of a 30,000-sq.-ft. hangar, an 8,700-sq.-ft. fixed base operations (FBO) executive terminal building with office space and car rental desk, and expansion of taxiways at the Rocky Mountain Regional Airport in Broomfield. The project is being delivered through a Design/Build delivery method.
