Cumming Group completed a tenant improvement project in Santa Clara for Shockwave Medical, a cardiovascular medical device company. The 80,000 sq. ft. project consisted of two levels of office space, labs, a boardroom, an innovation center, and a cafe area. Additional project components involved installing an ERRCS system, additional fire-rated assemblies, and sidewalk frontage improvements. Clear communication and proactive coordination with the city of Santa Clara ensured the successful completion of the tenant improvement and attainment of TCO prior to the completion of the frontage improvements.

Cumming Group provided construction management and managed the general contractor, owner vendors, and open communication with The City of Santa Clara. Prioritization of financial management and schedule coordination ensured the project was delivered on time and within budget.
