Built on a greenfield site, the Sidney Regional Medical Center (SRMC) is an acute-care facility with 24-hour emergency room services, a medical clinic, and more. The 120,000-sq.-ft. center supports a variety of medical staff, including a general surgeon, five family practice physicians, three certified physician assistants, and more than 20 visiting specialists who provide services at SRMC or its outpatient clinic. Computer technology provides cooperation and partnerships, enabling SRMC to offer innovative diagnostic treatments at the facility, which serves a seven-county area in the southern Nebraska panhandle and northeastern Colorado. Project One Cumming assisted with project management services from entitlements through close-out and warranty.
