Cumming Group was engaged by Snoqualmie Casino to provide project management, cost management, and scheduling services on their large-scale casino expansion, which will add an additional 1.2 million square feet to the existing building – including a diverse multi-phased program of improvements to existing facilities. The project will add a new upscale, 210-room hotel to the grounds and expand the casino’s gaming floor by 11,000 square feet, with other additions including a 9,500 square-foot Destination spa, a fitness center, a 50,000 square-foot convention center, 2 new parking garages, and two new restaurants. Cumming Group is also working with Snoqualmie Casino to re-route existing road access to accommodate the new site layout in addition to upgrading site infrastructure. The project broke ground February 2022 and is expected to be completed by Q1 2025. Skanska USA is serving as the general contractor and Bergman Walls & Associates is the architect for the project.
