ChandlerKBS was commissioned to provide the cost and project management, site supervision, FF&E and OSE procurement works for the complete refurbishment of this prestigious hotel. The refurbishment consisted of 125 guestrooms, bathrooms, and public areas. The project cost circa Euro 13 million and the hotel remained in operation during the construction works.
