Cumming Group served as commercial manager for MSG Las Vegas, LLC and provided cost management and estimating services for the Sphere at The Venetian Resort, a music and entertainment arena near the Las Vegas Strip. Upon completion in 2023, the sphere will reach 366 feet high and span 516 feet wide at its broadest point for a total of 875,000 sq. ft. As the commercial manager for the Sphere, Cumming Group worked on behalf of MSG to minimize risks and maximize the value of their project, ultimately saving the client several million dollars.
