Cumming Group provided project management services for the 17-story, 196,000 square-foot hotel that consists of 262 guest rooms, multiple concept suites, a rooftop infinity edge pool, food and beverage outlets (including the brand’s flagship space, Commons Club), and 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The hotel was completed in July of 2020.
