Cumming Group was engaged to support the construction of Steven’s largest capital project in the school’s history. The 400,0000 sq. ft. program consists of a mixed- use University Center as a pedestal, with two residential towers (16 stories and 18 stories) for 976 beds of Student Housing above. The University Center has become the new hub of student integration featuring a fitness/wellness center, game room, spaces for student groups, dining venues, convenience store, multipurpose space for conferences and university events, private dining room, flexible lounge area and new outdoor tennis courts. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
