Cumming Group provided cost management and development advisory services in the construction of this 241,000-square-foot, seven stage studio development in Sun Valley. The project, a joint venture by Hudson Pacific Properties and Blackstone Group, will offer content creators a unique production environment as the first large scale, purpose-built facility built in the city in more than 20 years. The architect for the project was Bastien & Associates and the general contractor was Snyder Langston.
