Located in Three Park Place on Dublin 2’s Hatch Street, the SEAI’s new office is spread across two floors, the 3rd and 4th floor of the building. Scollard Doyle were Quantity Surveyors for this best-in-class energy- efficient CAT B fit-out.

The vibrant new headquarters includes open- plan offices with over 200 workstations, cellular offices, multiple meeting and training rooms, ICT room, medical room, library space, canteen area, kitchen and coffee stations, breakout area, storage areas, staff welfare facilities and ancillary office accommodation. The office space maximizes daylight and promotes a comfortable and collaborative work environment.
