Cumming Group provided project management services for this luxury development including contract administration, schedule analysis, change order and payment application approvals and QA/QC compliance. Cumming Group also coordinated requirements of multiple agencies and stakeholders including Tahoe Regional Planning Authority (TRPA). Tahoe Beach Club is the first lakeside residential development in over 30 years, based on a planned development of over 140 units ranging from two to five bedrooms, and a five-star amenity clubhouse located on a private beach with pier access.
