Cumming provided project management services for this luxury development including contract administration, schedule analysis, change order and payment application approvals and QA/QC compliance. Cumming also coordinated requirements of multiple agencies and stakeholders including Tahoe Regional Planning Authority (TRPA). Tahoe Beach Club is the first lakeside residential development in over 30 years, based on a planned development of over 140 units ranging from two to five bedrooms, and a five-star amenity clubhouse located on a private beach with pier access.
