Cumming Group provided project management services for the modernization of and addition to the Tahoe Lake Elementary School, a multi-prime project. Built in 1934, with additions in 1938, 1958 and 1964, the school needed several upgrades. Improvements included the addition of classroom and administration spaces; modernization of existing classroom and common areas; and upgrades to ADA access, technology, MEP systems, seismic construction, and parking/outdoor areas.
