This new 178,000-sq.-ft. Class A+ office building is on a gateway site to the Pearl District and will provide much needed office and commercial space for the growing number of residents in the area. Designed to LEED Silver standards, the building features seven floors of creative office space over ground-floor retail and structured parking. The ground floor retail space is divided into 4 leasable units. 58 parking spaces will be provided onsite.
Cumming Group worked directly with the developer as their local representative, becoming part of the team and providing project and construction management, guidance, and leadership through development and construction. Cumming Group supported issues including jurisdictional resolution, neighborhood communications, and FF&E coordination throughout the project.
