Cumming Group is thrilled to be a part of the program management office (PMO) for the New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The project is replacing the airport’s existing Terminal One and will also occupy the site of the former Terminals Two and Three. Upon completion, the New Terminal One will encompass 2.4 million square feet and offer 23 international gates.
