The Bloc — an approximately two million-sq.-ft., major mixed-use development in downtown Los Angeles — is comprised of a Sheraton Hotel, Macy’s department store, retail shops and restaurants, an office tower, and extensive surrounding site development. Cumming was hired by the Ratkovich Company, the project’s main developer, to provide construction project management, project scheduling, and change order reviews.
