The Commons Phase 1 project is a LEED Platinum project consisting of two buildings, a plaza, and development with future light rail connectivity. The first building is 60,000 square feet with an underground parking structure and the second building is 40,000 square feet. The buildings are mixed-use, including office and retail spaces. In addition, this project is a net-zero project. Project One Cumming provided project management services.
