Cumming Group provided commissioning authority services, which included whole building commissioning and oversight of detailed commissioning tasks, to enhance the effectiveness of the project management team. These services were provided in support of a variety of project elements, including MEP, dancing fountains, a light show, irrigation, outdoor escalators, wine bars, and restaurants. Our scope included reviewing, commenting upon, and revising the general contractor’s commissioning plan; monitoring the general contractor’s completion of the commissioning issues log; verifying the comprehensiveness and successful completion of functional test procedures; and the assuming responsibility for the development of the commissioning report and systems manual.
